Worst cleaning company I've ever dealt with in my life. I was quoted between $260-350 for a deep/move out clean including moldings, baseboards, windows, etc. Literally nothing was cleaned, except the fridge, since they took out the food I had in there and left it on the counter to rot for 2 days, and didn't even wipe the counter they left the food on! This was the first time we used a larger company to clean our home. The women extended the originally agreed upon time and fees. They left two bedrooms and a bathroom uncleaned and refused to do the staircase and stole. My biggest complaint is that an ****** package and two passports were stolen. When I made attempts to inform the owner/manager, they first blew me off. Then when I contacted them regarding the passports they were hostile, aggressive and did anything but try to resolve the issue.
Two Bad Experiences with Molly Maid Last month, I hired Molly Maid to clean my 1100 sq ft townhouse. Two ladies came out, but only the upstairs was cleaned. The administrator at Molly Maid said that it took the ladies 2.5 hours to clean the upstairs, and they did not have enough time for the downstairs. Plus, the two ladies broke my clock. (Molly Maid promised to reimburse me for the clock, but the company didn't keep its promise.)
