RecommendedSo pleased with Molly Maids! I was pleased with the office personnel when I called to schedule my cleaning. The ladies did an outstanding job cleaning my home. They were on time, professional, and they did a great job!
Adam, Thank you Thank you! for transforming the new office on a better environment for all of us, for your hard work specially in the last 2 weeks to make this new change happen and for your ongoing leadership and support. We appreciate you! From all of your office staff.
Team 10 did a wonderful job working around me and my and my scaredy-cat Freya. I would highly recommend them. They did a 5 out of 5 job.
Unfortunately, if I could give 0 stars I would. The team sent to me consistently underperformed and left portions of my home untouched. I canceled my service and asked for a partial refund Bc due to my home office, having the team come out and disrupt client meetings was not an option. I’ve used several cleaning companies over the years and this by far is the worst I’ve encountered. After explaining to the manager my situation she still wouldn’t budge on a partial refund even though an entire part of my home was untouched.
RecommendedMolly Maid does a wonderful jpb of cleaning my home! Team 11 (Deborah & Shanice) always leaves my home sparkling clean! Deborah had been working without a partner the last few times she was here and I am glad to report she finally got a partner. But even by herself, Deborah is fantastic!
RecommendedDeborah and Shanice did a wonderful job cleaning my house. I hope to see them again next time.
RecommendedI get service every 2 weeks. I really look forward to it. The ladies who service my home are excellent. I came home today and felt like a Queen. Expertly cleaned by Maria and Manerva. My home was spotless and smelled amazingly fresh as well. I highly suggest treating yourself regularly or during the holidays. I cannot wait to specially thank them this holiday season. Just fantastic ladies. I won't have anyone else!
RecommendedEvery other Wednesday is my FAV day of the week - when I come home to a clean house !!! Thanks Team 3 ✅
RecommendedFrom the very first appointment with Adam, I have been impressed with Molly Maid. They are professional and courteous, and their ladies do a fantastic cleaning our house. Deborah and Carlissa were here today; they also did our initial deep clean. They are wonderful, kind ladies, and I really enjoyed having both of them in my house. Thanks Molly Maid for setting your company apart from other cleaning companies (which we've used plenty of before finding Molly Maid)!
