This is one of the biggest scam service companies out there. We asked them to clean certain areas of our house, and they quoted us based on that. They said it would take 2 hours, after the completion of 2 hours, they called and said we need to charge another $300 to complete the cleaning, when I said they must finish what they are doing and leave, they simply left the mess and left. RecommendedI had my experience today with Molly Maids and was very impressed. Francis and Lupita did a great job and took their to make sure everything was properly cleaned. I will use Lupita and Francis again.
They want to make a lot of money and do a little bit of work. I don’t understand how paying somebody $125 means they only come in your house and don’t clean for more than an hour. I feel that is a very unrealistic expectation. If I’m spending my money you should take your time and do it right.
