Picked up my car minutes after it was delivered to their lot. I had left my carlocked. Found oil/grease stains on my door driver door & power lock button. GROSS!!!!! I called to complain. I guess I'll interpret the silence as their response. Complete arrogance!
Molina Towing's Predatory Behavior This is a complaint I just filed with the Better Business Bureau of SE Florida.I suggest other people do the same at the Better Business Bureau. I paid $10 for parking on a city app and parked right below the pay for parking sign. I still had 9 hours on my account when this company towed my car. Worst Customer Service Ever. I get your job sucks but no need to be rude and arrogant. The guy sat on his phone the complete entire time scrolling through Instagram and Facebook with no care in the world for the customer. Very unprofessional!
