MI&T not only gave a very fair quote, but after talking with Damaris about the process; she gave me peace of mind. My inspector arrived for the inspection at our scheduled time and was professional and thorough.
They came to my home with all this high tech equipment and took air samples and used this laser to check if there was moisture behind the wall. I received a detailed report a few days later with an explanation of the results. If you want an honest, reputable mold inspector, call this company!!
