The technician was great. I explained what I thought was the problem and he immedaitely explained what he thought it could be. He then proceeded to check out what he thought and tested the entire system including the vents. He said it all looked good but thought that a new capacitor and relay could eliminate the problem I had heard as he wasn't able to duplicate it . The Mojave technician called to warn of his arrival, which was on time as scheduled. The technician was polite, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem, advised me of the issue, gave me possible solutions and related costs. Once I chose the solution, he performed the repairs post haste and more than to my expectations. He presented the invoice and I made payment and he was off to his next appointment. It was truly a good experience and I will recommend them, should the opportunity arise.
