I phoned at 9 am and there phone clerk said she has an opening of a window at 4 to 6 the same day, awesome so I booked the apointment. I received a call at 345 from Cecil the technician said he could be on property to check out my ac unit at 4. He came on time, introduced himself and went straight to work and not only determined the problem of why warm air wasnt blowing, but immediately went on the roof to charge my ac system, and did a complete check of the system within an hrs time. Jason was awesome. I've had my air ducts cleaned before, but never received service like this. Jason was professional and did his job well. He was very thorough. I will only use this company from now on. If you can, try to get Jason. He wore shoe covers in my house and cleaned up everything. Thank you Jason!!!!
