The repairman, Jason, was very knowledgeable and very fast at doing the repairs.
Quick response. Cecil was great to work with. May have been a little pricey. Parts replaced are available for about 15 percent of total bill.
Quick and easy. The technician was at my door within 30 min or so. He explained what he was doing. Cecil expertly answered my questions about the project and gave me advise in other matters not related to the project. Highly recommend Cecil from Mojave Air Conditioning.
Cecil did a great job. Was a little pricey but the work was good.
Fast response and appt timing. Cecil was professional and kind. Explanation of issues was thorough. I am unsure if price was competitive as I did not have the time or inclination to shop the work. I had to presume they charged me competitive rates.
Office Personnel cordial, however... It was not clearly specified that the $69.00. Diagnostics/Service Call fee will ONLY be applied to the cost of the repair (if MOJAVE is hired)...AND if the repair/service is $500.00 and above. Learned of this detail when the Technician assessed what needed to be done. Office Personnel did apologize for not making it clear and offered MOJAVE's Fall Tune-Up which is $49.00 for free in Oct/Nov 2015 time-frame.
