I am always pleased with the service you provide and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
Service was great. I loved that they took pictures of issues and explained them to me that was awesome and also I was very pleased that they dropped me off to my house and picked me back up while they had my car since I didn't have a ride to get to and from while they had my car.

Professional yes, but was severely overcharged on several different occasions. I will not be back and would suggest getting estimates and service done elsewhere and/or strongly questioning any estimate produced by Mohr's.

Ian, we have reached out to you by phone and email on several occasions to discuss your concerns but have not received a response. Your repair order history has been reviewed and all charges were found to be accurate based on our parts and labor guidelines. We only use the highest quality parts and have ASE certified techs to install them. We also offer a Nationwide Limited Repair Warranty that covers parts and labor on qualifying repairs for 24 months or 24,000 miles. Please call or email to discuss. Thank you.
