I wanted to like this shop, but after this last visit, I am done. 1000.00 brake job on my Toyota Tundra this summer, I bring truck in for a NYS inspection, won’t pass it because the Emergency brake is not working properly.... I know the E brake mechanism gets corrosion and needs to be sprayed with a penetrating oil, then worked a little and it will pass the test. I explain same..... nope....100.00 diagnostic fee to tell me what’s wrong... then I”m sure it will be another 500.… See more

No masks, no sign requiring masks, people in the tiny waiting room not wearing masks, and no response to my inquiry about their policies (or lack thereof). I'll be going elsewhere, and encouraging others to do the same. Too bad, they do decent work...

Had an awesome experience with Mohr's. We were on our way taking out daughter to college in the middle of a 6 hour ride and car started running rough just off the 87 exit. Called AAA and they recommended Mohr's. This was at 4pm. Arrived at Mohr's and Shawn and crew were fantastic. Had it in the shop and diagnosed with in 15 minutes. Car was fixed by 5pm and we were on our way. They didn't have to do this as we were just passing through and not a regular customer. I just had a lot of work done on my 2013 Ford Focus and I couldn't of been more happy with these guys if I took to a Ford dealer it would of cost me a fortune and my first born but they charged me les them half of what Ford would of charged me there not only my new best friends but I'll always go there love � you guys your the best and thank you so much ������
