The worst customer service ever . We have pool solar through them . Within the first year the system had a major leak , stopped working . They came out and replaced pipes . 6 months later more issues .... Then we were informed of 85$ service charge so I said ok come fix it . When they come out and check it .. well now there is labor charges too for 15 min fix with no parts or anything . Mohr power solar is an excellent company to work with, they did a great job on our solar system. Nancy, our sales rep saved us from our nightmare power purchase agreement we signed up for from a different company we were about to go with and they were able to offer us a deal to purchase a system for the same price we were about to lease one for. They had a very professional crew who came out while I was at work to install the system. My wife and I were very pleased and would highly recommend Mohr Power Solar!
Very professional staff. Excellent customer service. Since we had it installed four years ago we haven't had any negative issues at all.
The installation, set up and price were awesome. Follow up for setting up the data logger was lacking. I am still not sure if it is on or not.
11 months later, STILL NO REBATE for our battery back up system! 🤬 Nothing but lip service, dodged phone calls and BS promises! Take your business elsewhere! We are RETURNING CUSTOMERS and this is the customer service we received 😐
Ahead of time and kept it simple, really exceeded my expectations. The only company who actually told me that I didnt need so many panels and came with an honest assessment.
