The people who work there are very easy to work with and they treat you like family.
They don't even deserve the one star but I had to cick on it to make this review...Very poor customer service .. The two idiots they have Scott and Mike at service desk up front should take a class in customer relations....And then you have the biggest idiot of them all, the service manager Dave...Guy has no class..Just be carefull with them...They have had my car in 8 times and stil can not fix the problem ......
UPDATE: Spoke to someone from dealer last week said he would get back to me....STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE A WEEK LATER!I would never take a car to this service center again!! Worst experience ever! I would never send anyone I like here! They'll be hearing from the BBB now! I was told by Michael Cruz, "You didn't even buy the car here!" Volkswagen corporate loved that!
