So this is a photo of my rear brake pads, the ones that the service advisor at Mohegan Motors told me were at 4mm and in need of change. You can see that they’re double that and nowhere near needing replacement. The car was in for routine service and they always do an inspection. RecommendedDropped my car for a quick service . They called me before doing anything, to tell me what they recommend and also the pricing and they weren’t pushy with me as I instructed them to do. When the car was about to be ready they called me to inform me. I believe the service managers name is Greg. He is very helpful , Friendly and professional. As I know how important reviews are, I would definitely recommend the Service Dept for now .
