Matt was my salesman and he was so friendly and low pressure. I really appreciated his approach. The manager John was also very accommodating. I’ve been a customer of this specific dealership since 2017…there’s a reason why.

Kevin my salesman was very knowledgeable about the new Tiguan. Mark the Manager of the dealership was available to support Kevin. They had the exact model I wanted and the entire buying experience was hassle free. The dealer was very far from me I could have chosen a dozen places closer by. Do not buy a car from this dealership. I’m currently on my second vehicle with them, and in that time, they’ve already gone through three different ownership changes — each one worse than the last. The quality of service has declined dramatically. Their service department is completely unreliable. If your repair isn’t something simple, be prepared to constantly follow up just to get anything done.
