RecommendedCalled in the last minute for a Monday appointment.Dropped the car off in the morning And was promptly diagnosed and repaired shortly thereafter.The service advisor Gregg called me a couple of times to alert me on the progress. I couldn’t be happier with the dealer.

I have never been treated as a consumer as poorly as I was by the people at Mohegan Lake Motors. We brought our 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan to be serviced for a fuel pump replacement that was covered under extended warranty. One morning, 2000 miles later the engine light comes on, and within 5 miles the engine is dead - won’t turn back on. I’ve been buying my cars from Mohegan Lake Motors since forever. Great Experience, Great Staff ,and they are all Knowledgeable.
Dad bought a pre-owned Civic from Mohegan in September and the experience was great. He ended up trading the Honda back to Mohegan Lake several weeks ago for a CPO Passat and the process was even better! We got a good deal on the Passat and a very nice offer for the Civic. No bogus fees or high pressure tactics. Steve Wells and Mark Hagerty were fantastic and easy to deal with too. If you're looking for a new or used Volkswagen, I don't think you can beat Mohegan Lake!
