Dr. Labbaf is the 3rd neurologist I have seen and heard is the only one that has prescribed something to give me relief from migraine headaches. I have referred numerous patients to him.
I've been working with Dr. Labbaf for the past eight months on post-enceph symptoms. He has been one of the few specialist I can find who can deal with this. His knowledge and ability to deal comprehensively with esoteric problems is unmatched in my experience. He has also been very perceptive and understanding in dealing with me on a personal level. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr. Labbaf to others.
The office staff is rude and incompetent. They have no idea how to schedule a appointment, answer the phone, read a insurance claim, etc. i had a pre-treatment auth faxed to them 3 times and still no appointment because they do not know what they are doing. I'm stuck because of horrible insurance. Now I'm left with a dr I don't feel comfortable with treating me if I can ever get a appointment.
My experience with Dr. Labbaf is the worst experience I've ever had with not only a neurologist but of any physician I have ever been treated by. Let me start by saying I am a travel physical therapist meaning I change locations every 3 months. It had been a year since my last checkup so I went to see him since he was close. He insisted I come back in 6 months despite informing him that would be impossible. I called to get my prescription filled at 6 months and he refused to fill it (CONT...)
