I bought an Audi in January of 2016 from here. Love my car. I’ve had it serviced every time my servicing due light has came on. I do whatever “services” they tell me I need. They have charged me close to $300 each time just for an oil change, as they say that’s what they were doing. My timing chain just went out and I had it fixed by a local trustworthy mechanic. Need a new car? I highly recommend that you give Moffitt a chance. If you go to Moffitt ask for Scott. When I contacted Moffitt I just happened to get Scott , but from now on I will ask for Scott. I traded my 2008 Mazda Miata MX-5 (miss that car) for a 2017 CX-5 and I love it.. I was pleasantly surprised that the CX-5 MPG is as good as the Miata (30+MPG). The entire process was done in a very professional manner. I will not hesitate to go back.
I do not normally post on public media. I would like to say to say Susan Moffitt and Scott Frederick are wonderful people first and than Salesman. I would like to give a special thanks to Scott. He is not a pushy salesman, patient, did not play games knows, was there to help in anyway and he knows his product. He was extremely thorough on the information regarding the Mazda CX5. He really seems as though he really cares about his customer.
Friendly people who don't try to pull something on you. Gave me a good deal on my trade in and helped me get a fair payment for my new CX-5. My car was so new to the lot that it still had the plastic on it. Scott was incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process.
