Called Service 3 times and got voicemail. Left 3 messages. No response all day. Had my wife call and she got transferred and voicemail. She called back and the same lady answered who had been transferring us. She told my wife that she saw the Service Manager sitting at his desk doing nothing. Transferred my wife and again voicemail. My wife called back again (now this makes a total of 6 times) and the lady puts my wife on hold and then calls the Service Manager which he then answers his phone. I absolutely love my new 2020 Mazda 3! The staff were very straightforward, could answer most of my questions effectively, and I like their sales tactic in which they "let the car sell itself." I didn't feel pressured like I have at other dealerships in the past. Pricing was spot on (I checked their numbers behind them), they did not try to "get over on me." I will definitely be back in the future when it's time for another new car, Mazda is a great brand and is a great value for the price. Would highly recommend!
