I've purchased several cars from Moffitt and whenever there was a concern it was always addressed in a professional manner.That is why I have no problem recommending them.
Sales team was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and knew exactly how to help me so I could get a vehicle I loved and could afford.
The salesman did try his best to put me in a car BUT it was not the one I wanted. Never was told what the down payment would be, kept being told "it would be to high". My mother called several times and all we got was a run around. When they finally called us back it was late. My heart was set on getting the Mazda6 but they tried to put me in a car. It wasn't what I wanted.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Thoughtful staff and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and had MY best interests at heart.
