I called my pharmacy last month to fill my script. Pharmacy said they didn’t have correct ml available but did have a different ml and could fill if doctors office can send a script for difference. I called doctors office with request. I waited a day and called pharmacy. Not only did they not change my prescription they canceled it completely!!! Not very good. They don’t truly listen to the patient and patient needs. When you have your appointment, they ask you while entering the room if you mind if a few students participate. Total strangers now asking you questions. It’s a way for them to make money. If you’re a new patient be prepared to ask ahead if they won’t prescribe some of your medications as they will refuse certain medications. Even if you have a history with a medication that has worked fine, they force you to change.
