I'm sorry but I have serious reservations about a urologist who is too cheap to spend the money on proper specimen cups. They hand you a flimy plastc cup for your sample then leave all the samples just sitting on the counter uncovered. Not only is this disgusting & unhygienic - but one wrong move & they all end up on the counter, the floor & on any nearby paperwork.
Dr. Khorsandi is very knowledgeable, up to date on the latest urological field and is attentive and caring.
Great guy, very knowledgeable and caring. Hard working and returns calls in off hours. He is very busy, however; but that makes sense. Staffing is always tough for doctors offices because it is very expensive to have full time staff (especially in CA). I have not had any issues with staff; but I am a regular patient.
Worst run doctor's office I have EVER experienced. It doesn't matter if he is good or not, if his staff never send in paperwork for insurance approval. Never call you back (even though they say they will). Took over 3 weeks for first appointment, over a month to get paperwork sent in. Could never get the procedure done, because they simply didn't care. When I finally complained to let them know how bad this was, their response was okay. Wow.
The doctor is THE BEST!!! The office support staff are horrible! No, make that worse than horrible. Still not right - make that Titanic, Hindenburg, 9-11 horrible!!!
He was really great, we were late, I thought he was extremely knowledgeable and really liked his bedside manner? I would recommend him to any parent.
