It was my first visit to this Moe’s location in about 3 years, and now I remember why I stopped going. Unfortunately, not much has changed — if anything, things have gotten worse. I ordered a steak bowl and was shocked by how little food I received. The steak portion was the smallest I’ve ever seen in a bowl. stagflation Hits again, and this time it’s with my quesadilla size. Moe’s has decided to shrink the size of their chicken clue quesadilla, and they must be stopped. This almost criminal act must not be allowed to continue. If you continue to buy them at this tiny size, then you’re part of the problem. Corporate greed is out of control.
A little light on the meat. Clean location
Just experienced the most horrible customer service at the Wards Corner Moes. Had a take out order that was ordered in advance and they took an hour to give me the order. Awful experience- would not return to this Moes. Desperately in need of retraining.
Updated review: Ordered a veggie quesadilla. The young lady who prepared my order said it was buy one get one free due to today (6/8/25) being BFF Day. I was told it was good for all entrées. So I decided to get two quesadillas instead for the price of one. I get to the register and I am charged for two. I told the person at the register, that the lady who prepared my order said it was BOGO. The person at the register said it was only good for bowls and burritos.
