Recommendedfirst person that greeted me was friendly my first time visiting the others that was on the line could of been a little more friendlier but other than that the food was good.i will be visiting again.
Shout out to Ben and the crew at Moes! Took us in right before closing and was truly wonderful to us! Totally recommend!
This place has the worst service by far. They lack organization skills and poor customer service.
I ordered curbside at 6:22 to be ready at 6:45. As I write this it's 8:05 and they finally sent a young lady out with a clipboard to take names. The phones are off the hook because all you get is a busy signal. I almost left it because of the wait to pick it up but I can't even get refund because no one is answering the phone. The inside is packed BEYOND capacity for takeout so I didn't feel comfortable going in as many others had done. Especially since they are still coming out empty handed! getting my food made wasnt the problem. when I got to the end to get chips the lady had an attitude. then the cashier was asked about paper towels in the bathroom by another Paying customer and she smiles saying " hope he gets that too" no idea who she was talking to. I asked cashier for medium sized cup no queso for the salsa. the chip lady says "you have to charge for this" the cashier looks my direction and says "Don't tell me how to do my job" and walks over. grabs my Joey Junior out the bag then charges me for a Joey ba... read more
OMG the worst service ever..It was dirty no tables wiped not even very many people in the restaurant.. didn't even get a "welcome to Moe's" and the lady spilled most of my chips on the counter and still tried to hand me my order wasn't even going to give me more chips unless I asked I'm not sure if they were racist or just rude but I will never go back..i do not recommend
great quality food. decent service. don't let them con you into buying the $39.95 4 oz queso
