I cancelled my membership 1-17-25 and received confirmation email. On 3-5-26 I noticed that my account had been charged for the past 14 months. Called and was informed that I was correct and they can give me wash credits but not a refund. Asked for a manager to call me back, because they were on break. Never got a call back. Called again next day and was told again that manager was on break..... still waiting. So yesterday I was in the middle lane and 2 cars in front of me guy in black Chevy suv when to the left line and pulled up after a few mins and guy let him in front of me when I was next and if you have a member lane then open it . Going to cancel membership
Tyler was super friendly and greatly appreciated.
This was my first visit and it was underwhelming. The vacuum barely worked and could not pick up even slight dirt. After going through the wash and spending $24, my exterior windows still were not clean. My vehicle is garaged so it was not that dirty to begin with. I had high hopes since the car wash I normally used closed.
Definitely the best carwash in town. Through a multi stage wash in less than 4 mins. Then amazing detail bays with suction that would suck a golf ball through a garden hose. Always helpful staff. My 15 year old Ford Escape (Betty) drives better afterwards, I swear. And this old girl hates everyone but me. I'll probably drive her until the wheels fall off, but by God they'll be clean, thanks to Modwash.
