Car came very clean. Employees are very nice and courteous 😊
The wash only washed the driver side of my car. The brushes on the right hand side never even touched the car. Then the rinse didnt come on so i drove out with a dirty right side and dry soap everywhere else. Awesome vacs tho. Thats why they got 2 instead of 1.
John was great very knowledgeable very informative. John always over a cheating. He came over there and helped me when he didn’t have to, and I really do appreciate him being the manager of mod wash.
When I went in Sunday 04/12 in husband's truck no soap went on windshield and last large brush not working...he is a member. Today (4/13) I took my car in and im not a member so paid for a wash assuming it was running correctly and the same issue and car was not cleaned, spoke to employee at the vacuum said yea it's been checked and parts have been ordered, no im sorry or could I get you another wash just a yea we know but we are still charging you full price for a half wash. Very un happy customer.
This was honestly one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had. The brushes didn’t spin at all, so they were completely useless. It only sprayed foam, then a little bit of water, and went straight to drying — my car was still dirty at the end. There’s no water in the taps, so you can’t even rinse a cloth. Washing floor mats is impossible. The vacuums barely have any suction and don’t clean anything properly. Total waste of money. Very disappointing — I would not recommend this place to anyone.
