If you have a midsize SUV do not go here. I have a Volkswagen Atlas, and I was recently informed they changed their soap amounts and every time I went through my car came out covered in suds. The employees said, "there is no way to just do a rinse cycle, this is why we have the self serve option." I had just left work in full business attire and heels, and I had to go wipe down my vehicle since they could do not do anything. Dammon went above and beyond to assist me after having surgery I wasn’t able to perform all the necessary functions to clean my car. He is genuinely caring and compassionate. We need more people like him in the world.
John and Elliott did TopNotch service in my vehicle. I came in expecting just a basic wash, but left with an EXPERIENCE!! These guys are the best. If you need your cars done the right way, go to ModWash on hwy 58. Management and staff are definitely TopNotch!
I came into ModWash for a basic car wash and needed to vacuum. Once through the wash Sharica and Summer helped to dry and vacuum my car for me! It was definitely an experience I haven’t received at other washes. I will be back.
