A solid 85% of the vacuums have no pressure at all, fairly consistently. Definitely annoying having to Individually test each hose and then move your car.
Amazing service
Been a member since it opened something wrong each time I come through. Today as is the case most of the time soap left on vehicle. Today brushes for the front and top not working. Water on windshield blowers seem to blow the water back off the top onto the windshield. Vacuum not working had to change location to use one that worked. Seems to be getting worse time to cancel membership.
This was my first time using any sort of automated pully driven car wash. No prior instructions were given to to me before entering the bay. as I approached the entrance there was a staff member there waving me in, and directing me into the proper position. the board flashed a light indicating for me to let my foot off the brake, so I did. When I did that the staff member imediately screamed "stop" in a very aggressive tone.
