Hippie dude at entrance had an extremely bad attitude. Went through wash. Knocked one of my mirrors. Cleaned inside. Realized outside looked like it hadn't been washed. Drive back over to entrance. Hippie dude says go back through. Eric, who operates the wash, storms past my car ( I'm in a hurry mind you) and talks with Hippie dude. The car wash itself is pretty average—nothing special. The mirrors get bent during the wash, so you have to readjust them afterward. The chemicals don’t clean the car very well, so you often have to use the prep station yourself. The water there is usually dirty because people use the same brushes to clean their wheels, so you don’t want to scrub your car with a brush full of sand and dirt. Went with the $19 wash. Car was still dirty. A line of dirt left down both sides of the car. Had to use their rags to wipe off the dead bugs from the front bumper, windshield and mirrors. Moved to several spots to find a vacuum that had good suction just for the hose to fall out of the handle. The attendant as you entered to pay was very friendly. The guy directing you into the wash bay seemed to busy on his phone to bother with customers. Will not be returning to this location.
This is my second time using this location and I probably won’t go back. There wasn’t anyone helping with bug removal, several vacuums didn’t work so I had to move 3 times, there were no spray bottles with cleaners and there were several spots that the car wash missed. Now I feel like an idiot bc I purchased a membership before knowing these issues would come about.
Was closed came after work and Cole saved the day ….
