Worst customer service/care... Cummings highway location wash scratched my hood very badly and will do nothing to remedy it. They even tried to say it came from a rock when I was driving...I always do a walk around using the bug brush on the hood, grill and windshield before entering the wash..absolutely no damage, after the wash very deep scratches in hood. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK!!! ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!
