Very friendly and comforting staff. They let you know exactly what and why things are happening. The compound is clean and nice looking. I was at ease the whole time.
Quick, polite, and professional people there! Appointment at 5 but I arrived early and was done by 4:45
My daughter who is eight years old had to have an MRI here, and I thought they were just fabulous. Ashleigh, who was the technician allowed me to stay with her and made her extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the personal touch. Sometimes you go into a place with kids and they just follow strict rules and don’t seem to take the fact that they are kids into account. They were very kind! It was much appreciated!
The lady who did my mammogram was the best person I’ve ever had before. She explained everything and showed me the images and was so nice. They also opened the office on a Saturday to accommodate more people which was nice. In the downside I have a bad leg and the elevator was not working. I Made it upstairs but would have liked to use the elevator. Also could not get my DEXA screening at the same time because they are in the process of getting a new machine which was a bummer.
I’m so glad they are open on Saturdays now.

The person that checked me in was real nice .The Xray tech was also nice
Good: I got an appointment via cancellation two weeks before appointment. There was supposed to be an hour wait but was called back in about 10 minutes. Technicians were friendly and efficient. Bad: No one told me I was supposed to be fasting for sonogram. (I was taking an antibiotic that required food.) The receptionist was rather snippy about this.
