I'm not sure which staff members these great reviews are for, probably the technicians because their awesome....but as far as the front desk staff, I feel like I'm at the DMV! They are so rude & they never smile. They look like they are counting down the minutes to leave, it seems like they all hate their job. I will use a different facility from now on. Oh, and I waited 45 mins for a 3:15 appointment, which is unacceptable when there was hardly anyone in there

They open at 7 and I got there around 7:10. They were very fast. Not sure her name, (wish I knew) but there was a problem with my insurance and she called and got it cleared up quickly.
all and all the receptionist was curtious and helpful when checking me in,
