Refused to see my daughter Because it was to close to the time they closed. We were there at 6:30. They close at 7:00. She was in pain and they didn’t help us! I have taken my family here since they opened and have sent friends here. Very disappointed in today’s visit!

your staff was very poor educated on how to treat a client, I had your urgent care as one of the most caring in the ceres area. I had a lady that was unwilling to check my husband insurance was accepted as a form of payment and refused any kind of service for my son and my mother. despite the fact my husband had been there 3 weeks ago, where he paid cash, and your office reimbursed back in its entirety the the cash payment he did on his visit. VERY , VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
