We bought a brownstone in Brooklyn from this company in a October 2019 and it’s been a horrible experience. The developer cut corners and months later we are still trying to get basic stuff fixed. It should have been a warning sign at our closing when the developer tried to cheat us out of $300 on a million $ + plus property even though they verbally (and our contract) stated they would pay $300 to fix our fridge door. They run political campaigns through their business and don’t disclose what they’re doing. They undermine long term residents for short term financial gain and don’t care about the community in Queens. Wouldn’t trust them in the least.
Delayed response, never on time, lots of miscommunication. Wasted my time and money. Terrible business. Can't trust- Long Island City. Will never make the same mistake, and will make sure my friends do not make the same mistake.
