Lee dealt with a very difficult selling situation between a local SC daughter purchasing for her TN father, 86-year-old stubborn (always his way or no way), with the sale of his TN home to move into his SC home. Lee definitely encountered situations out of the norm and reacted with very professional non-biased reactions.

Kim was fantastic from our very first meeting through the closing on our new home and even now, when the business part is done, and she emails us to see how things are going. In short, we always felt that Kim cared about us. She was available when we needed her, she offered sound advice on homes, put where we were looking in the context of the greater Greenville area, and suggested a offer on the house that saved us a significant amount of money. We would recommend Kim without any hesitation at all.

I would highly recommend Courtney to anyone looking to purchase a home. I told her the price, area, lot size, and type olf home I was looking for and she really came through. I was an out of state buyer and whenever I called or emailed her she immediately responded. She coordinated everything from getting me a mortgage lender, to conducting a final inspection of the home since I was out of state. I have Courtney to thank for my new home and wish I could rate her higher than 5 Stars

Lee was very patient, explained the process in simple terms, and was there to help me do all the paperwork. He worked tirelessly to get the process of buying a house and selling a townhouse to run smoothly. He also connected me to others who could help the process. We did it in less than a month!

Lee was awesome! We loved working with him. He was always prepared, prompt, responsive and honest. He definately is more concerned with families getting the right home for them, than with his own commission. He was very patient and upbeat. We never felt pressured. Things went really smoothly from first time we put in the offer all the way to close. Modern Realty is fabulous and I highly recommend them, especially Lee.

Cortney and her team were absolutely an Invalable asset to our home buying process we would have had so many issues without them. They went way above and beyond even straitening our lender out on a few things. I’m pretty sure they did allot more than was required. A huge benefit to having them was that we never had to wait on them for anything their part was done yesterday. I would highly recommend Courtney.

Lee was very helpful throughout our first home buying experience. I was impressed on how he was available by text, phone or meeting in person to show us homes. He made himself available multiple nights to show us homes and did not try to sell us a home he was there to help give us the right information. He is extremely knowledgeable in this field and you can tell he is genuine and actually cares about making customers happy. Lee is very friendly and personable! He truly cares about matching people with the home that's best for them. We liked that he's very available and quick to respond to texts and emails. He has great knowledge about real estate and is very upfront/honest about whether a home shows promise or not.
