He was very professional and willing to help my family and I when relocating from Texas by answering all of our questions, concerns, assisting with closing paperwork when I was at orientation, and doing a showing via FaceTime; thus not needing to make travel reservations to see the house.

Lee did a great job keeping me calm during the chaos of selling and buying my home. He knows the upstate well and knows a lot of people. He was able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently (no matter how dumb they were). Lee was very patient with me throughout the whole process and I really needed that. Best real estate agent! She helped my wife and I find a home and was there for us throughout the entire process. She was able to show us the homes we wanted to look at as soon as they became available and she also answered texts and calls in a timely manner. She really helped answer a lot of questions as a first time home owner. Courtney has a great personality and just made our home buying process so much easier. I would recommend her to anyone especially those looking to buy their first home.
