Very knowledgeable, respectful and hardworking individual. Has a wonderful team that makes the process very seamless. I would feel comfortable using Lee and his team again for future home purchases.
Lee was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure all the homes were wanted to see were even worth looking at. Dealing with the 4 hour distance was tricky but Lee made the process extremely smooth. I'm forever thankful for his help in getting this great home.
From the first phone call to closing, James was by far the most knowledgeable and professional realtor I have ever worked with. He was always available when I needed him - going as far as verbally directing me to the closing office over the phone when my GPS failed. I am a person who almost always offers constructive criticism, but there's simply no criticism to offer here. James made selling my condo as painless as it possibly could have been. I will absolutely be using him and his team when I buy/sell again.
Lee made this transition quick and easy. He was very clear on explaining our steps and our options. He listened to our demands and followed through on each of them. We had a great experience through out this process.
Lee was able to show me the house on New Years Day. This was my first home buying experience and Lee was great help on communicating with the builder.
Lee and his team really cared about your interests. My husband and I was working with a previous realtor that did not care about what we wanted at all. It was a very frustrating experience. Lee when first talking to him asked what our interest were from the beginning. Him and team are amazing to work with!
