My wife and I had a bathroom shower with the off and on valve located under the shower head. When the shower was turned on one would get drenched with cold water, the shower was deep enough you would have to stand in the shower to reach the valve. We needed to have tile removed and the plumbing relocated to the shower entrance. MODERN PLUMBING came out looked at the problem and said they could do the job and start it the following Monday. We were in our last few days before the sale of our house was due to close when we discovered a leak around our water heater. I called and spoke to Lisa. She was so friendly and helpful - said she had a plumber nearby and would send him by on his way home to evaluate. Modern plumbing and heating has done an excellent job for us multiple times. Communication from the office is great. Technicians are respectful, knowledgeable, and did the job right. Follow up was terrific as well.

Raun Grover has put together a great team of people to run his business very smoothly. From the friendly office staff that answered all my questions, and scheduled my appointment for a swift to fair priced repairs to the finish everything went well. He fixed only what I asked to repair and didn’t try to talk me into something I didn’t want or need. Raun is very honest and fair.
