We just purchased a new house. The day before we moved in, the water heater stopped working. It looked like it was the blower. Central had qouted $1500 for a new blower. We called Modern to take a look. $600 to replace the blower or $1600 to replace the whole heater. We opted for the new heater. The new house had hot water the next day. Raun is quick, affordable, and professional. Modern will be our only source for plumbing and heating. Thanks Raun.

We arrived home in the evening to find that the heater in our pump house had failed resulting in no water as the pump was frozen and cracked. When we phoned the company they answered promptly and requested pictures. They arrived the next morning with the proper equipment and resolved the issue. We were appreciative of the companies professionalism and ability to efficiently solve the problem.
Used Modern Plumbing for a remodel prior to selling my home, they were professional, competitive on pricing, and prompt doing the job. Just awarded the contract to Modern for our new home and all is going great. Great company.
