Raun replaced my old water heater after first discussing the options and answering my questions. He worked quickly and left the space clean. It's such a relief to have a plumber who's reliable and trustworthy. I'll definitely call Modern Plumbing for future needs.
Great service and fair price. Called a few shops to get estimates on replacing a water heater, Modern Plumbing gave me just what I asked for and nothing more where others tried to tell me what else I needed. The work was great, timely and professionally completed with the total bill staying true to the estimate. No surprises.

Wonderful service. Came and fixed my hot water heater the same day I called! Thank you!!
Great, fast, courteous service. Resolved my issue (leaky shower drain) quickly. My only hesitation to give a five star rating was the price... a little on the spendy side. A three hour fix with less than $20 of parts ran me a little over $300. However, I do believe in the saying-- "you get what you pay for." I will use Modern Plumbing and Heating again in the future if any plumbing needs arise.
