I came as a walk-in and told her I can come back tomorrow if there’s no availability. She still took me and did her service incredibly rushed. Had I known this was the service she was going to provide I would have never taken a seat. She did not do basic hygiene tasks like cleaning the nails. I am praying I do not get an infection since the nails were not clean and now bacteria is trapped under the gel. Once another patient arrived she became even more rushed and left my nails thick and lumpy. I felt dismissed the whole time... read more
