Do not use for management. Do not even think about it. They rented out my condo off platform, kept the fees, condo got damaged and I was out the rent AND the cost to fix my condo. Also, they have a UCC lien filed for them and my Airbnb payouts were suspended. Don't use to book or manage.
Do not use. Found them on Airbnb, Juan Martin Girardo the owner told me to book on the side. Was booking a one month stay in Medellín. Signed a contract and Zelled them $1,100.00 and they cancelled on me the day off and won’t send my deposit back.
Reserve con ellos y al hacer check in me cancelaron la reserva por estar ocupado. Se han quedado con lo pagado por el servicio y los envíos de compras que realice al edificio. No me atienden ni me dan respuesta. Poco confiables
Everything worked out just fine and the support during the stay was great! Also the accommodation was very clean and had everything with it that we needed. Would definitely visit with them again!
I don't recommend renting this apartment. FOB hasn't worked for almost the whole week of our stay. Without FOB, you cannot access the elevator, swimming pool, parking and gym. The owner did nothing to solve the problem. Parking on the 9th floor, it's like on the 18th floor (each floor is divided into two levels). To get up to the parking lot, you will spend 10 minutes no less and to go down the same way. Kaartira is old and does not correspond to the photos.
