I have been trying to resolve an incident by one of their truck drivers who has damaged our parking post in January 2024. I have sent the video footage to the account rep. William Bould but nothing has been done to resolve this issue. Another issue was to discontinue with the cardboard container. I have emailed them to discontinue this service in November 2024, they said they will pick up the container and it took them 5 months i think to pick it up and they were billing me for this service.
