This company discourages the use of engine brakes and doesn't understand the dangers and signs of overheated brakes. Work someplace else.
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by William Bould, who answered my questions with professionalism, enthusiasm and just overall great customer service. He listened to all my questions and concerns and provided great feedback & helped me resolve my issues. If anybody needs garbage services, there is nobody else I would recommend over William Bould at Modern Landfill!
