We met our garbage man Ola today. Very polite and friendly guy. We had a lot of extra recycling from the holidays and Ola was very helpful taking it all. Thank you for the great service!

Would give them zero stars if possible. Promised delivery of a bin several times and each date has come and passed with only the same empty promises of delivery on another date. Highly recommend finding a bin elsewhere!

Not impressed with customer service. Unable to make decisions - rep was not available, which is fine, but her backup could not be contacted. On a Friday. Disconnected 3 times by customer service. Need to find a new disposal company.

I am a licensed contractor and property manager in St.Catharines, Ontario. We have a contract with Modern at one of the buildings I manage. We have nothing but trouble with this company. Firstly our 2 bins are in a large outside shed. 2 times over the last few years they have struck the door frames causing extensive but not total damage. Do they call and say sorry or anything...NEVER! Secondly many times they don't push the bins in far enough and the shed doors don't close. 2 stars for calling back so quickly, low because the man on the phone blew me off when I was inquiring about driving a waste collection truck. He asked if I was interested in Curb Side and other jobs that I was NOT applying for and when i said i was interested in only driving the phone call ended quickly. I would not go through the trouble of upgrading my license to downgrade my employment.
