On Tuesday April 14, I received extremely poor service and was rudely discriminated against at the Dermato clinic. I was suffering from a severe headache; I drove slowly and even struggled to find the location using my GPS, as it was my first time visiting this clinic. I had my first and last visit at this office today. My appointment was for 1245, with a request for me to show up 15 mins early if I was a new patient. I arrived at 1231 to an empty office. After standing there for 10 minutes a gentleman came out and said I could have a seat, everyone was out to lunch. I told the gentleman I had an appointment for 1245. He said it's actually 1 o'clock.
