As a first time patient, I was very pleased with the attention and care I was given by the doctor and his staff.
Doctor J is fantastic, always very nice, he has a great touch - did a root canal and never felt a thing, even a Novocaine shot was just he slightest pinch. All other staff members always are polite and friendly. The longest I had to wait one time was 15 minutes, usually I am seen as soon as I walk in through the door.
Truly impressed with the professionalism and care of the staff as well as Dr. K. I can't believe I am saying this to a Dentist office - "Look forward to seeing you all next time :)"

Shallowford is fast/on time and professional. Dr. K takes time with his patients and his staff is great and very informative. They've always taken time to answer any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area.
