The office staff is great. Dr. Kakadia is very informative and gentle when he works. He always takes the time to explain what needs to be done clearly and remains patient when when you have questions. He's been my dentist for about 5 years. I would definitely recommend.

My husband hates going to any doctor or dentist but after meeting the staff and dentist at Shallowford Creek Family Dentistry when taking our daughter, he actually made an appointment. We are moving our entire family to this practice.
I truly enjoyed my experience at Shallowford Creek Family Dentistry. I was in extreme pain and needed a root canal, my first ever. I'd heard the horror stories, so needless to say I was a bit nervous. However, The staff was very helpful. The atmosphere and environment was classy and peaceful and the dentist and his staff made me feel very well taken care of and eased my fears. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent and caring service.
