You'd be hard pressed to find a cooler neighborhood than Observatory Park in Denver. It's one of Denver's oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods, with stunning homes, wide streets, mountain views, and towering trees and even a historic observatory in the neighborhood's central green (hence the name). It's adjacent to the University of Denver and just a hop and a skip to downtown (the University Station Light Rail is right there), the Tech Center, and Colorado Boulevard corridor. It's the ideal set up.

Great Place to Live! Having lived at Modera for a couple weeks now I can honestly say I could not have made a better choice. I have friends who live in the "luxury" apartments up and down University Blvd. and they all have expressed interest in moving here after dealing with the management at other buildings. First off, no apartment building even comes close to the workout facilities. All the equipment is brand new, top of the line stuff. What an unprofessionally run and unkept property For a newer "luxury" apartment complex in Denver, what an unprofessionally run and unkept property. From a forceful 24hr signing window, frat parties at the pool, dogs off-leash/running a muck, a freezing cold hot tub, buildings that constantly smell like weed/cigs, drunken & loud residents, garage doors never working, unkept landscaping, and foul smelling trash encouraged to be kept outside residents' door: this place is not luxurious but a decent place to overpay / try and l... read more

Great Place! We have lived here since August and have absolutely loved it. I have nothing but nice things to say about this community. Lauren, Michael, Ian, and Xavi are some of the nicest people I have met and they truly make this complex a community. Wonderful Apartments! The apartments available at Modera Observatory Park are beautiful, modern, and feature awesome amenities. The leasing office and management is easy to work with and helped us throughout the entire rental application and lease finalization process. We ended up buying a home and cancelled our lease, but were impressed with the community, individual apartments, gym, and the very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. We highly recommend renting in this community!
