It's one of Denver's oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods, with stunning homes, wide streets, mountain views, and towering trees and even a historic observatory in the neighborhood's central green (hence the name). It's adjacent to the University of Denver and just a hop and a skip to downtown (the University Station Light Rail is right there), the Tech Center, and Colorado Boulevard corridor. It's the ideal set up.

Wonderful Apartments! The apartments available at Modera Observatory Park are beautiful, modern, and feature awesome amenities. The leasing office and management is easy to work with and helped us throughout the entire rental application and lease finalization process. We ended up buying a home and cancelled our lease, but were impressed with the community, individual apartments, gym, and the very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. We highly recommend renting in this community!
