You'd be hard pressed to find a cooler neighborhood than Observatory Park in Denver. It's one of Denver's oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods, with stunning homes, wide streets, mountain views, and towering trees and even a historic observatory in the neighborhood's central green (hence the name). It's adjacent to the University of Denver and just a hop and a skip to downtown (the University Station Light Rail is right there), the Tech Center, and Colorado Boulevard corridor. It's the ideal set up.

Verified Renter I love the gym. The noise level can be too much at times, but the apartment is overall a good place to live. The proximity to the University of Denver is nice. The price could be better.

Halfway through my lease and loving it! I wanted to add to my reviews of Modera Observatory Park now that I’ve been here about halfway through my first year. Living here is like living in a very nice resort—a vacay every day without having to drive or fly. The building is quiet, the tenants are friendly without being intrusive, the amenities are wonderful! Great Apartment with Great Staff Apartments are very nice, with great utilities such as a gym, and a nice pool and lounge area. The staff are very helpful! Ariel has helped me resolve any issues I had very quickly, and is very friendly, and is awesome all around!

Modera and its staff are great! The leasing office staff members are so helpful and always responsive! They have quickly resolved any issues I’ve had during my time at Modera! Visiting the office to get assistance is always a pleasant experience The building itself is nice and feels safe, plus the amenities are great as well! I couldn’t recommend Modera more.

Excellent property We have loved living here. The building and amenities are fantastic. The staff has been awesome since the moment we first toured. Ariel always has a smile on her face and is so helpful and kind. We've met Lorenzo a few times and likewise, he is also super friendly and helpful. This property is amazing! This is honestly one of the best apartment complexes in Denver. The building is newer, so everything is clean and updated. The amenities are top-notch for what you pay. The gym is the best I’ve seen thus far after touring various apartments. The pool has plenty of seating for you and your guests, and the location is safely nestled next to the university.
