It's adjacent to the University of Denver and just a hop and a skip to downtown (the University Station Light Rail is right there), the Tech Center, and Colorado Boulevard corridor. It's the ideal set up.

Verified Renter It’s been great, very friendly office management always there for you if you have any concerns or questions, great maintenance/grounds keepers. They keep property running smoothly and clean. Very efficient in getting what ever you may need from a light bulb to replacing a garbage disposal and even being knowledgeable in the fixing any of your appliances.

Verified Renter The maintenance crew is fast, effective, and helpful. The Modera front office staff is welcoming, professional, and supportive. The amenities are nice. The only issue I have is the amount of poop from pets not picked up in the grass.
