It's one of Denver's oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods, with stunning homes, wide streets, mountain views, and towering trees and even a historic observatory in the neighborhood's central green (hence the name). It's adjacent to the University of Denver and just a hop and a skip to downtown (the University Station Light Rail is right there), the Tech Center, and Colorado Boulevard corridor. It's the ideal set up.

Verified Renter The maintenance crew is fast, effective, and helpful. The Modera front office staff is welcoming, professional, and supportive. The amenities are nice. The only issue I have is the amount of poop from pets not picked up in the grass.

Verified Renter The Leasing office Agents/management are the best I have had so far living in Denver, Iv been in Denver for 8 years Iv met a lot of leasing agents/managers and the Girls here are the best by far. The building has been good so far parking is a little tight but again the management has been accommodating and finding a solution to that issue and trying to help find a good spot for my over size vehicle.

Verified Renter I love living here! I love the gym. The pool area, the coffee machine. The business center. The beautiful apartment. Saul is fantastic! All of my maintenance requests are quickly fixed. The Luxor package room is super convenient as well as the mailing room! The neighborhood is very safe and centrally located. The neighbors are friendly. The only thing that could make this place better is a golf simulator! All I want for Christmas is a golf simulator. Haha, no seriously this place is awesome!

Verified Renter Other than having to get my washer repaired and my balcony door getting bolted down, I’ve enjoyed my stay so far. Can’t complain. Especially because of the beautiful view I have from my apartment
