My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our residence at Modera Edgewater for over two years. We find our apartment 's size, layout and features to be "best-in-class" in Edgewater with comparable amenities. The building location in respect to all points Miami is outstanding (10-15 minutes to the beach, airport and downtown) and there is growing neighborhood vibe with numerous restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, and personal services within walking distance.
