RecommendedOverall a great experience so far calling this place home! The staff is great, all the details are high end, beautiful activity areas, our “small” apartment feels very spacious, the concrete construction buffers out most noise, and the location is hard to beat. Just a few minor complaints really. The eco faucets in the bathroom are a little frustrating, I wish the gym had more lower body equipment, and be prepared to buy some lamps as a few areas of the units aren’t well lit. I’m glad we chose this place!
I am planning to move to Orlando in October, and Modera Central is one of my favorites. Location is amazing and the amenities look so nice. I would like to see more actual unit pictures, especially of one bedrooms. Looking forward to taking a tour soon!
