RecommendedWe love this modern apartment living with exceptional views of lake eola, walking distance to my husbands work, incredible exercise facility and pool/barbeque area. In these times having a concierge to receive deliveries is icing on the cake. The staff is helpful and friendly including Cassie and Edwin in leasing office, Janette at the front desk and maintenance people Jimmy, Chris and Jonathon.

Don’t even think about moving here! Unless you like the smell of Marihuana from your Neighbors. And yeah they don’t really care as long as you pay enough $$. So many complains from other residents and they can’t even find help. They towed my car, they ignored my emails about people doing drugs. The worst service ever.. BTW They charge you for every little thing!

Run away from this place. Overpriced, rude and disrespectful management, worst experience ever, and they won’t give you your security deposit back based on false arguments, insults along with cynical and sarcastic responses. If you love nightmares, this is the place for you. I could spend 2 days explaining just part of my bad experiences here.
They have to best views of Lake Eola and downtown Orlando that the other high rise apartments can't beat. Management and staff are top notch and the amenities are incredible. Love living here with everything only steps away including Lake Eola, Publix, and restaurants and bars.
Just moving to Orlando and we found the perfect place. Brand new building with amazing attention to detail, incredible first class amenities with the resort pool deck and salt water pool being my absolute favorite The staff that works there is awesome, I have not met an person that was not totally welcoming and anything that we needed has been taken care of. We looked at many places around downtown and this was by far the best spot in town.
We are LOVING our new home at Modera Central. Everyone from leasing, maintenance to the concierge team have been so welcoming and always make sure everything is running smoothly. Yes the building still has minor finishing touch construction going on but you would never really know. The finishes throughout the building exude true high end luxury that every other Downtown building has tried to create but just does not compare to Modera.
