RecommendedI’ve been going to Mode Salon West since they opened (~7 yrs ago) and haven’t had a bad experience yet! Everyone is so welcoming and professional - especially Shandell Ramsey! Her attention to detail is exactly what I wanted. She listens and always wants to ensure I’m happy with the color and/or cut. Go see her - you won’t be disappointed. 💇🏻♀️✂️

Shandell is the BEST! I am so happy I found Mode West. Before I was driving all the way to Jax. I have had other stylists when Shandell was unavailable and everyone is so kind and professional. This is a real family!

I just can’t say enough about Shandell at Mode salon West. Shes someone who really understands me, and recommends amazing style and color that’s perfect for me. I get so many great compliments! She went one step further. (cus of recent surgery, I’m unable to drive) I was getting ready to have my husband pick me up. But sweet Shandell offered to drive me home. I’m so thankful Shawnna
