Bethany is AMAZING at lash extensions! She takes her time to ensure I’m always happy with them. She’s so sweet to talk to and has such a great personality! Would highly recommend going to her for all your lash needs 😊

I am so glad I found Mode Salon West. Lived in Miami and had been with my stylist for over 20 years, I was looking for the same quality and I wasn’t sure I could find it in Gainesville but I DID. From the products to the service and the staff they are great. Thank you for always making me feel beautiful. ❤️
So thankful I found this place. Madeline was my hair stylist and she is beyond incredible. I had so much grey hair and she made them disappear with a few highlights. Told her she was a magician😀 next up was the brows with Bethany. Also a magician. Both women were patient, kind, and amazing at their jobs. Thank you both for making me feel beautiful again!
I don’t normally review and this is already my second review at the same location. Madeline was my stylist this time around and I have not met a sweeter most patient young woman in my life . She took on the challenge of color correcting my hair and she did not stop until I was happy ! Which to me is 5 stars in itself. Thank you so much for the detail, time and hard work Madeline you will be seeing me again !
My daughter lives in Gainesville Florida so while visiting she made me an appointment with Shandell . She is a very sweet girl . She spent alot of time doing consultation and cut/style . She did a great job! Really enjoyed ! Will stop back when visiting again ! !
