I cannot recommend anyone shop on the Modcloth website or order clothing through that website. There are a number of "gotcha" policies in place that seem designed to separate customers from their money even (maybe especially) when clothing needs to be returned. First, they have some items marked "final sale" on the product page which means that item is NOT RETURNABLE (and thus non-refundable).
