DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! No schedule flexibility, rude staff, and poor service. I am stuck still using them since I paid off my sons braces with Bozart. Bozart originally had late appointments and better staff! Jonathan at the front desk is rude and poor representation for Ricobene.

RecommendedI have never felt more at ease and welcomed than I did today with my first visit! ALL of the staff I encountered took the time to explain things, especially Dr. Caputo! He made very sure to take plenty of time with me so that I had all of my questions answered, and that I also understood the plan going forward. RecommendedI have never felt comfortable at the dentist. Let's face it i would rather be at the beach! But the staff here goes out of there way to make you comfortable. Very neat and clean (I am a clean freak). And I really love the kind lady that cleans my teeth. Myra you brighten up my day! I am so glad I switched dentist! RecommendedI had a good experience here. This is the best Dentist I have been too. Usually don't like the dentist, but they make you very comfortable.
Our child was undergoing Orthodontia treatments from Dr. Novak. She is a great dentist with a great staff. Unfortunately, my 42 year old wife was recently diagnosed with a disabling condition. As a result, we decided to relocate back to PA so that our families could assist us. The Orthodontia care wasn’t completed. Even so, Winston Salem Dental Care REFUSED to refund us for the portion of care they would no longer have to provide. This is both unfair and unreasonable. RecommendedI've never liked going to the dentist, but Riccobene makes it a pleasant experience! The staff is always very friendly and professional. I'm very impressed with the extra precautions they are taking due to COVID-19. When I went to the McGee's Crossroads location today, they took my temperature before I even entered the building. I had to fill out a heath questionnaire and the staff was constantly cleaning during my visit. They also took extra precautions with their protective equipment. RecommendedEvery single person I encountered at the office was so warm and friendly. Dr. Meckler was amazing and even called me in the evening to make sure I was feeling okay (and remembered my daughter's name 10 hours later, which is so kind and also so impressive). I won't go anywhere else!
